For replacement, exchange or return, the customer must record an unboxing video starting from the sealed package, clearly showing the seal from both sides. The package must remain untampered before making a claim.
We offer returns within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase.
In case of any approved refunds, it will take 5–8 business days for the amount to be credited.

We offer returns or refunds strictly under the following conditions:

Undelivered / Lost Shipment:
If the product is lost in transit and remains undelivered beyond 15 working days. -
Damaged Product:
Report within 24–48 hours with images/videos of product and packaging.
1. Replacement Eligibility
Time Frame: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof: Unboxing video is mandatory.
Delivery: Replacement delivered in 2–7 working days.
2. Return Process

After receiving the product, a quality check will be conducted.
If verified, further steps will be taken accordingly.
3. Exceptions
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
- Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.
4. Post-Usage Liability
Once used, we are not liable for any damages.
5. Prepaid Orders
If already shipped, prepaid orders are non-refundable.
₹149 shipping charge applies for reshipping.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
